Different liquids behave differently under pressure and speed. We match equipment to viscosity and pack format so a 1ml vial and a 5L container both leave with the same quality discipline - Documented, repeatable, and audit-friendly.

Volumetric Precision

For medium-to-high viscosity products - Honeys, syrups, gels, and heavy oils - We use a volumetric piston filler from a leading UK manufacturer, tuned to your SKU after trials.

  • Volumetric piston technology - Precise delivered volume with tight tolerances so you meet legal weight requirements without systematic over-fill (typical targets discussed and validated on trial).
  • Clean-cut nozzles (including DV110-class tooling where specified) - Engineered for stringy or viscous liquids such as honey-style products to reduce drips on bottles and labels.

Peristaltic Dosing - Ultra-Pure Option

For high-value liquids where contamination risk is unacceptable - Fragrances, essential oils, and sensitive formulations - Peristaltic dosing keeps the product path controlled.

  • Zero cross-contamination path - Liquid travels in medical-grade tubing; after the batch, tubing is replaced so the next product starts clean.
  • Micro-dosing specialist - Our go-to for roughly 1ml - 30ml formats, rapid scent changeovers, and expensive concentrates.

Container & Closure versatility

Our equipment is compatible with a wide range of packaging - Always confirmed on RFQ with samples where needed.

  • Materials - Glass, PET, HDPE, tin, and aluminium (subject to compatibility confirmation on RFQ).
  • Closures - Screw caps, atomisers, trigger sprays, pump dispensers, and child-resistant closures where agreed.
  • Induction sealing - Foil heat-sealing for tamper evidence and leak prevention on suitable packs.
